Terms
This site is run by C.E.A SMITH LIMITED trading as Marova.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not an order. It creates no obligation on you or on us, and we do not promise any product, price or date. We will email you when the store opens, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Orders
The store is not taking orders yet. Prices shown on this site are the intended prices and may change before we open. When orders open, prices, delivery and returns will be shown before you pay, and the Shipping and Returns pages apply.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
